The serious question now

The serious question now
Saturday, July 15, 2006

Let us talk frankly about Saudi Arabia? Is it surprised what it declared yesterday evening by a responsible source who condemned  Hezbollah and accused him that it is taking the region to an adventure? The logical answers is no. Who is monitoring the Saudi media during more than three years and especially in 2005 will not surprise of what it declared yesterday. Saudi is clearly using its media to support the American interests in the region and it used to incite on the anti-Israeli camp in the region. We must link the assassination of Rafiq Al-hariri and the accidents in Lebanon. What we can conclude from that assassination was a tool to Disarm Hezbollah and when it failed to do that, Israel and its allies in the region turn to use power to apply what it have planed. Another failure they will face through their current attack. The serious question now is what will be the destiny of the Saudi and Jordanian regime? We should wait to get the right answer instead of prediction.

  1. Mustafa - it is known that the Saudi regime is one of the CLOSEST allies to the US of A! It will always echo the voice coming out of the White House ... not question about that! I myself - even though sitting FAR away - can not the least grasp how ARABS can betray ARABS in such a despicable manner ... in a time in which unity is MOST IMPORTANT - to practically backstab the own brothers ... that is beyond me! Jordan ... well, she is between the hammer and the anvil - certainly NOT an enviable situation! I wish though there were a clear voice PRO their own brothers coming from Amman.
What will happen? Only ALLAH knows ... it will depend a LOT on their BIG brother George W.!

You need to be careful with political analyses ... they are much more complex that you assume!

Fares - I think your comment is WAY below the beltline! You can disagree with Mustafa but do NOT need to throw around insults!!
The only statement I wholeheartedly share is...
GOD SAVE LEBANON - AND PROTECT THE LEBANESE PEOPLE!!

  2. I love munich, I did not mean to insult Aleppous persay. I just want him to wake up to realities and not get carried away with arab nationalsim which has been faling us decade after decade. I was thaught the same thing (baathist Idealogies) in school and it tatally brainwashed everyone of us. Syria can never advance with this mentality. It is only used to ensalve the people.

Aleppous sorry if you got offended, too much stress and pressure lately.
