الصراع السوري السعودي و كسر الخطوط الحمراء

انه صراع كبير في المنطقة. هذه المرة بين سورية و السعودية و من ورائهما مشروعين كبيرين واحد تمثله السعودية وكيلته في المنطقة. طبعا التوكيل مأخوذ من أصحاب العلامة التجارية العالمية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. المشروع الأخر هو مشروع سوري-إيراني إضافة إلى حركات المقاومة في لبنان و فلسطين.... لا داعي للشرح عن هذين المشروعين فالناس قد ملت من تفاصيل أضحت أمامهم تفرض عليهم ليلا و نهارا. هنا لا بد من القول ان الصراع في أحد جوانبه هو صراع الماكينات الإعلامية. الاعتراف هنا بأن ماكينة إعلام الوكيل الإقليمي للمشروع الأمريكي هي أكبر. أموال البترول تفعل فعلها في تمويل سلسلة غير منتهية وسائل الإعلام كلها تعمل بتناغم كبير ، تنسق أهدافها و تحدد أولوياتها. صحيح إن ملاك هذه الوسائل مختلفين لكن التمويل مصدره واحد و هو مال البترول السعودي.

في خضم هذه الصراع الكبير هناك محاولة تجري هذه المرة لتحييد إيران و حصر الصراع مع سورية. في التسريبات يقال بأن الهدف الآن هو استقطاب إيران و الاستفراد بسورية. قبل أشهر عديدة كانت الأجندة مختلفة . قيل وقتها بان عليهم استقطاب سورية و إعادتها إلى"الحضن العربي" بعيدا عن " المشروع الفارسي". الإستراتيجية الماضية لم تنجح و الجديدة أيضا لن تنجح لسبب بسيط و هو أن الطرفين السوري و الإيراني يفهمون جيدا بان الهدف هو الاستفراد بأحد الطرفين.

الصراع مع سورية الآن وفي خضم محاولة الاستفراد بها هو حاليا على عنوان القمة العربية القادمة في سورية. التهديدات بإلغاء هذه القمة أو حتى نقلها من سورية هو مجرد ورقة ابتزاز لتصعيد الضغوط. في الحقيقة السعودية لا تريد رئيسا للبنان. ما تريده السعودية و ما تسرب عنها هو دعوة السنيورة من قبل سورية للقمة العربية كممثل للبنان. هذا بالضبط ما تريده. في دعوته تثبيت لواقع عجزت حتى الآن السعودية و حلفائها عن تثبيته. كل هذه المناوشات الإعلامية التي نراها تتم في إطار هذا العنوان. السعودية لا تريد رئيسا للبنان على الأقل حتى انتهاء القمة العربية. هي تريد ما عجزت عنه قبلا في إعطاء دور لرئيس الوزراء يحوله من أحد أضلاع الحكم في لبنان و الرئيس الثالث ضمن معادلة الثلاث رئاسات إلى حاكم تسلطي يجمع في أيديه كل السلطات.

ضمن هذا السياق أيضا نستطيع أن نلاحظ بشكل جلي بداية المناوشات الإعلامية السورية السعودية. رغم أن المعادلة الإعلامية غير متكافئة و تميل بشكل كبير إلى جانب السعودية إلا أن مجرد البداية في الهجوم و رده من قبل سورية هي نقطة تسجل لها. كيف ذلك؟ طوال السنوات الثلاثة الماضية تم الهجوم على شخص الرئيس الأسد بشكل غير مسبوق سواء عبر سياسيين لبنانيين مستأجرين أو عبر صحف و وسائل إعلام سعودية و لبنانية و كويتية. هذا الهجوم قوبل بالغضب في البدابة لأنه كسر خطا أحمر في التعامل ما بين الحكام العرب. بعد فترة وجيزة تحول الغضب إلى نوع من المناعة و لم يعد مجديا من الناحية المعنوية الهجوم و مهما كانت الألفاظ التي تستخدم فيه. في المناوشات الإعلامية الحالية، نرى الإعلام السوري الالكتروني و التلفزيوني الخاص يستهدف شخص الملك السعودي في عملية كسر "لتابوه" ظل حراما الاقتراب منه . استهداف شخص الملك السعودي يزعج أل سعود لأنه و ببساطة ينسف فكرة حاول أل سعود ترسيخها لعقود و هو أن الملك ليس برئيس دنيوي فقط بل هو خادم الحرمين الشريفين بكل ما يحمله ذلك من رمزية على مستوى العالم كله.

Japan launches experimental Internet satellite

Japan's scientists say the 52.2 billion yen ($490 million) launch of WINDS will help the country build one of the world's most advanced information and telecommunications networks. High-speed Internet access would play a key role in ensuring communications between a disaster-stricken area and rescue authorities in the event of major natural disasters such as earthquakes, JAXA officials said. "In such cases, the satellite will play a great role." "About 95 percent of households in Japan are capable of having broadband Internet access. So, why now?", a communications expert told Reuters on condition of anonymity. - Japan launched an experimental communications satellite on Saturday as part of an ambitious space programme that could help ensure super high-speed Internet access in remote parts of Japan and elsewhere in Asia. The H-2A rocket carrying the 2.7 tonne "KIZUNA" (WINDS) communications satellite took off into over the tiny island of Tanegashima, about 1,000 km (620 miles) south of Tokyo, at 5.55 p.m. (0855 GMT). The KIZUNA, equipped with three antennas targetting Japan, Southeast Asia and the Pacific regions, is referred to as the Wideband InterNetworking engineering test and Demonstration Satellite or WINDS. The geostationary satellite will be used to conduct experiments on large-volume, high-speed data communications on remote mountains and islands with little Internet access. The launch comes 12 years after the project started, due mainly to technical glitches involving launch vehicles. "The WINDS will help develop a society with no digital divide where everyone can enjoy high-speed communications equally no matter where they live," said an official at the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Space-based Internet access through Japan's domestically built satellite could also be used in various fields including "remote medicine," which allows patients in remote areas to receive sophisticated treatment from doctors in urban cities. "The infrastructure on the ground may not withstand a major earthquake, and remote areas may not have any access to optic-fibre networks, one official said. The satellite could also help in communications with other countries, the official said. "Data can be sent to Asian countries through WINDS faster than most other means," he said. But some experts cast doubt on the usefulness of the project. Saturday's satellite launch is part of a bold space programme, which sent the nation's first lunar probe into orbit around the moon last September. Keen to compete with its Asian rivals, China and India, in space exploration projects, the Japanese space agency has said it hopes to send astronauts to the moon by 2025, although Japan has not yet attempted manned space flight. Japan's space programme was in tatters in the late 1990s after two unsuccessful launches of a previous rocket, the H-2. Disaster followed in 2003 when Japan had to destroy an H-2A rocket carrying two spy satellites minutes after launch as it veered off course.

هل فرح السوريون للحجز على أموال رامي مخلوف؟

أجزم بان رامي مخلوف لا يملك أموالا في الولايات المتحدة . هذا الجزم مرده إلى قدرة هذا الرجل على القراءة السياسية و بأنه سيكون أحد المستهدفين من العقوبات الأمريكية على سورية عاجلا أم أجلا كونه قريب الرئيس السوري و أحد المتنفذين الكبار في سورية. هذا أكده بنفسه في مقابلة مع البي بي سي عندما قال بأنه كان يتوقع مثل هذه الخطوة منذ سنة على الأقل. الرجل يقرأ التطورات السياسية جيدا. هناك سؤال خطر لي عندما سمعت خبر الحجز على أمواله في الولايات المتحدة و هو:

هل فرح السوريون لهذه الخطوة المعنوية؟ صحيح أن السوريين في معظمهم هم في اتجاه غير اتجاه الولايات المتحدة ، لكن هذه الخطوة جعلتهم يفرجون عن غيظ كبير في دواخلهم. رامي مخلوف تحول في سورية و في فترة قصيرة نوعا ما إلى بعبع يخافه الكل لأنه ببساطة مدعوم من كل مفاصل الدولة . ما يقوم به في أحيان يساوي البلطجة للسيطرة على أشياء ليست من حقه. في تعليل الحجز على أمواله قالت وزارة الخزانة الأمريكية بأنه يستخدم أساليب الابتزاز لترويع رجال الأعمال للاستيلاء على وكالتهم التجارية و أعمالهم. مهما اختلفنا مع أمريكا فان ما تم قوله هو حق. ليس هذه فحسب بل أيضا ما يقوم به يفوق النواحي الاقتصادية غالى عملية خرق للقوانين أو القفز على إجراءاتها البيروقراطية معطيا لنفسه ميزة على منافسيه. ففي حين يحتاج الترخيص لمشروع ما أشهر و حتى سنوات، يقوم هو بالبدء في العمل قبل حصوله على أي ترخيص . أسمه فقط يمنع أي من دوائر الدولة من إيقافه فمن سيوقفه سيذهب وراء الغيم.

مدرسة تلفيق الأكاذيب

كان يمكن لنا بالتحليل السياسي فقط ان نصدق بان الشهيد عماد مغنية قد اغتيل بواسطة أحد حلفائه لولا تلك الجوقة الاعلامية العربية المرتبطة بالسعودية و أمريكا و التي بدأت تكيل الاتهامات لسوريا و تتحدث عن عملية تصفية حسابات داخل الفريق الواحد. تلك الجوقة بدأت عملها منذ اللحظة الاولى لعملية الاغتيال و ما زاد الشك هو خبر الشرق الأوسط صبيحة اليوم لعملية الاغتيال و التي تحدثت عن استهداف شخصية فلسطينية قبل اتضاح ماهية العملية و في وقت كان الكل محتارا حول طبيعة الانفجار و قول البعض بأنه انفجار لسيارة تعمل على الغاز بصورة غير قانونية. ظهيرة ذلك اليوم و عقب اعلان استشهاد مغنية و بينما كان الكل مندهشا لما حصل خرج بعض الصحفيين اللبنانيين المحسوبين على الحريرية و أسيادها بتحليلات أعطوها بعض البريق عبر مصطلح" تداول الخبر في الاروقة الاعلامية اللبنانية" ليتحدثوا عن عملية تصفية حسابات داخلية. لم تكن وسائل الاعلام العربية المضادة للمقاومة قد بدأت عملها بعد. تأخر توقيت الاغتيال جعل معركتها في ترويج الاكاذيب تبدأ صبيحة اليوم الثاني للاغتيال باعادة صياغة التلفيقة نفسها التي بدأها صحفيين لبنانيون لكن هذه المرة عبر وضع أسماء لاشخاص و رؤساء أجهزة مخابرات سورية قالت هذه الصحف انها قد باعت مغنية لمن اغتاله و قد وصل التلفيق الى ذروته عبر كلام جنبلاط في ذكرى مقتل الحريري عن "وحوش تأكل بعضها البعض". ليس صدفة قيام هذه المدرسة. فالعودة للوراء الى العام 2005 عقب اغتيال الحريري يوضح لنا طريقة العمل. خبر من مكان ما مركزي يوزع الى الصحف الحليفة و لتبدأ عملية الاضافة و الحذف....هذا بالضبط ما حصل عقب اغتيال الحريري. اخترعت قصص و فبركت احداث و نشرت في أكبر كم من صحف استطاعوا من خلالها نشرها و ليثبت بعد فترة قصيرة كذب كل ما ذهبوا اليه.نفس تلك الصحف نشرت القصة المركزية لعملية اغتيال مغنية التي وزعت عليهم من مكان ما و لهدف نعرفه جميعا و هو اضعاف المقاومة و حلفائها و لكن من دون جدوى.

المحصلة هو غزو للعراق أثبتت كل الكتابات الموثقة بعد الغرق الأمريكي في العراق الدور الذي لعبته السعودية على الأقل في تحريض الأمريكان على الغزو. عادة وثائقهم لا تكذب مثل كذب ما نكتب. هم عندما يكتبون فانهم يوجهون ما يكتبونه الى قرائهم الذين يشترون كتيهم . نحن دائما على الهامش. قد تصلنا بعض النسخ لكننا لسنا بسوقهم الرئيسي. المهم أنهم "خوزقوا" العراق و حاولوا مع سورية و ايران لكن حسابات بيدرهم لم تنطبق على حساب دفترهم. اخترعوا عقب ذلك ما يسمى بقاعدة العراق بعد أن اخترعوا من قبل ذاك المتخلف القابع في تورا بورا و الذي يتحفنا كل مدة بأشرطة تشابه في اثارتها اثارة جسم فيفي عبدو في أيام عزها. المشكلة أن هناك حميرا يقودهم بغل يسمى بن لادن. في العراق افتتح السعوديون وكالة لمصانع تورا بورا بقيادة المتخلف أبومصعب الزرقاوي. وكالة محلية قتلت و رملت و فجرت و في النهاية خدمت الولايات المتحدة و وكيلها الاقليمي. عافانا الله و اياكم من مثل هؤلاء.

I don't know what America really needs from the world. I am sure that it only needs to be the only civilized amd modern country in the world. It needs also not to be competed by other nations which want to be also civilized and modern states. After the Iranian launch of satellite missile this week, We have heard the white house and all American Deparments express their angery toward what Iran has done.
the white house said: ""I saw this morning that Iran, again, tested a ballistic missile. It's unfortunate that they continue to do that because it further isolates the country from the rest of the world," . Isolation in the American terms is opposite of openess . Openness means that you should have at least the same American policy or to obey what the Ameicans are asking you to do or to not. look also about what the states deparment spokeman said , it is totally ugly:US State Department spokesman Sean McCormack described the rocket launch as "another troubling development."
"The kinds of technologies and capabilities that are needed in order to launch ... a space vehicle for orbit are the same kinds of capabilities and technologies that one would employ for long-range ballistic missiles," he said.
the conlsuion from all that that they can welcome any development step if and and just if the country which is doing that step is monitored by the American spy agents or at least monitoring agents. we should refer to the statments which had sparkled after the chinese first step into space war by destroing an old satellite in the space by a developed technology that was not owned by countries rather than America and Russia. Syrian opponents : New Liberals ,anti-resistance

In the last two weeks , Syrians had heard about the arresting of some opponents who are members in the Damascus Declaration to join their colleagues in the Damascus-Beirut Declaratin. Someof those who had been arreseted are known to Syrians and to the world and some of them are not. Opposing the government is a human right wich is not negotiable . I believe in it and I used it before the invasion of Iraq in 2003. After 2003 , a lot of what i was believing in has frozen in my mind and in fact I tried to fight any trial from it to profound its place in my mind. Freezing it , in my opinion, is jusitiied. what has happened in Iraq has make the coup in a lot of people's believes. You can't see the people remains in the streets and talk after that about democracy. The Calsh in the region today gives another reason to freeze my beleives. It is a clash between those who are calling themselves Moderates who are backed by Americans and the resistant powers. I can't see Syria outside the resistant camp. Nor its history neither its modern era justify for it to be outside that camp. Those who are calling themselves Opponents and specially the members of The Damascus Declaration are in Fact trying to adobt what the Moderate arabs are propagte it. Those in facts are new liberals which are coallating automatically with the American project in the region. Just know their friends and you can admit that they are against the resistance. In Lebanon they are friends of those who are totally against the resistance. Not only against it but also tried in summer 2006 to destroy it by their hidden coallatin with Israel.

Third undersea Internet cable cut in Mideast

(CNN) -- An undersea cable carrying Internet traffic was cut off the Persian Gulf emirate of Dubai, officials said Friday, the third loss of a line carrying Internet and telephone traffic in three days.

Dubai has been hit hard by an Internet outage apparently caused by a cut undersea cable.

Ships have been dispatched to repair two undersea cables damaged on Wednesday off Egypt.
FLAG Telecom, which owns one of the cables, said repairs were expected to be completed by February 12. France Telecom, part owner of the other cable, said it was uncertain when repairs on it would be repaired.
Stephan Beckert, an analyst with TeleGeography, a research company that consults on global Internet issues, said the cables off Egypt were likely damaged by ships' anchors.
The loss of the two Mediterranean cables -- FLAG Telecom's FLAG Europe-Asia cable and SeaMeWe-4, a cable owned by a consortium of more than a dozen telecommunications companies -- has snarled Internet and phone traffic from Egypt to India.
