إنها أخر مهازل النظام المصري و إعلامه الذي وقف عاجزا للدفاع عن إفلاس سياسي أعلنه بشكل واضح عقب الهجوم على غزة. التلفزيون المصري في برنامج البيت بيتك استضاف دحلان ليدافع عن مصر في وجه غضب الشارع العربي عليها . دحلان المعروف بسفالته السياسية يدافع عن نظام مصر. ما رأيكم ما هي صفة نظام يدافع عنه سافل؟!!
قاتل محمود عباس كثيرا ليحصل على رخصة الهاتف المحمول الثانية لأولاده من السلطات الإسرائيلية . ظل هذا الخبر يختفي فترة في الإعلام ثم يعود بقوة و كأن فلسطين تعيش في مناخ استثماري او اقتصادي طبيعي كباقي الدول. هذا يمكن أن يفسر ذاك التساهل في التعاطي مع الإسرائيليين ففاقد الشيء لا يعطيه.

The surprise in this war is in the coverage of Ramatan news agency which is a local Palestinian news agency headquartered in Gaza and has offices across the region in Cairo , Khartoum , Ramallah and Amman .
Most channels has broadcasted its pictures in the first day and it has been threatened by the Israel's Army by targeting its headquarter in Gaza if it continued its broadcasting the full-bloody pictures to the world.
We have first heard about this agency during the coverage of the Arab Summit in Khartoum , 2006 .It had an exclusive coverage for that summit given by the Sudanese authority .
لم يكن الهجوم الذي تعرضت له سورية من صحافة النظام المصري شيئا مفاجئا. فهذا النظام الذي وجد نفسه معزولا عن شعبه و محيطه يحاول تصدير أزماته الى الخارج عبر ابتداع معارك وهمية و التستر خلف مقولة تاريخية سقطت بوفاة عبد الناصر و هي الريادةى المصرية . فمصر اليوم مرتهنة القرار اقليميا و دوليا و لا تملك غير تنفيذ أجندة توضع لها مسبقا دون أن يكون لها الحق في مناقشة أو طرح بدائل عما يطرح عليها. فما تفسير تبني مصر لتيار الحريري و الفريق اللبناني المعادي للمقاومة و هي التي تتفاخر بمقاومة بور سعيد البطولية العام 1956 و حرب الاستنزاف الاسطورية و و المقاومة التي نشأت عقب الدفرسوار . لا يمكن تفسير ذلك الاأنها مرتهنة القرار ، لا تملك منه غير التنفيذ و التنفيذ فقط. المهم هنا أن تغييرا قادما لا محالة الى مصر. فرئيس النظام المصري قد شارف على منتصف الثمانينات من عمره و هو و ان كان الأن قادر على الحكم فانه سيصبح عاجزا لا محالة بعد فترة بحكم المنطق البيولوجي على الحكم و سينتقل الى أشخاص أخرين لا نعرف حتى الأن من هم. الصراع الأن هو على مصر و على خياراتها المستقبلية. يتجلى ذلك في النقاش المحتدم بين أصحا ب الرأي المصريين عن القادم الى حكم مصر.
مصر الأن تساهم ان لم نقل تحاصر غزة و تجوع شعبها بمقدار ما تقوم اسرائيل بحصار و تجويع شعب غزة. انه جدول الأعمال الذي تنفذه مصر بالاتفاق مع مصادري قراراها الاقليميين و الدوليين.
'Living apart together' seems to be the new marriage mantra for many couples in Dubai. The arrangement of living separately during the week and catching up on weekends, many say, is working well for their marriage.
While it is a painful compulsion dictated by financial reasons for some, for many others, compressing their married life into weekends is part of striking the right balance between professional ambition and personal commitment.
European couple, Eugene and Tony, who preferred not to give their second names, said it was a joint decision to remain a 'weekend couple'. Eugene works for a legal firm in Dubai while Tony is in the airline industry based in Abu Dhabi. When Eugene got a job offer from Dubai, the couple decided they could live separately for five days a week. And at the weekends, Tony drives down to Dubai.
"I was keen to take up the offer from the firm in Dubai. Both of us decided that for the time being we would compromise on the 'coming back to the same house' comfort," said Eugene, 31. She said although it was stressful at first they are now fine with the arrangement and happy that they make the most of their time together"
Reflecting similar sentiments, Tony, 28, said separation had actually brought him closer to his partner and every Thursday he looked forward to being with Eugene.
Filipino couple Faith and Johnson live apart because Johnson could not find a job in Dubai.
"He was in Korea and my three-year-old son was in the Philippines with our parents. After he quit his job and came down to Dubai, he could not find a job. So we had no option but to take up the offer he got which was based in the UAE-Oman border," said Faith, who works as an estimation engineer.
Faith lives in shared accommodation in Dubai, and Johnson comes down on weekends. "I won't complain because now I can at least see him during the weekends," said Faith, who is pregnant with her second child. She is of the opinion that separation enhances their time together.
"We still feel like newly-weds. We are always on the phone or texting each other. I think, as they say, distance is only bringing us closer."
For M.S. Kurian and his wife Elizabeth, the decision to live separately was mutual as both did not want to give up their professional comforts.

The couple have been married for the last 30 years and lived in Dubai but Kurian moved to Abu Dhabi in 2003 when he was promoted.
"It was a tough decision because we were so used to living under the same roof for over 25 years. Frankly, it took me almost a year to come to terms with the fact he would be away all week. Now I have adjusted," said Elizabeth, a mother-of-three, now aged 25, 23 and 17.
Kurian, 58, says, they have decided to continue the arrangement for as long as they are in the UAE.
"Both of us have reached a stage where we understand each other very well, and even if not physically together, we know we are always there for each other.
However, the seasoned couple would not advise the weekend arrangement for young couples.
"I do not think young couples should be doing this. They need to spend a lot of time together during the early years of marriage to build a strong foundation for their relationship. And that comes only by living under one roof," said Elizabeth, 49.
خاص-مصطفى حميدو | لم يستوعب حسان بعد ما حصل . يعرف فقط أنه كان يملك ما يقارب ال 65 مليون درهم هي استثمارات عقارية في دبي ، إلا أنه لا يعرف كم تساوي تلك العقارات الآن. يعرف أيضا أن السوق العقاري قد هوى ، و أن ثمن تلك العقارات يكاد لا يرد له خمس استثماره و ربما أقل.
المشكلة مع حسان كما مشكلة الكثيرين أن أغلب تلك الاستثمارات هي عبارة عن دفعات و مقدمات لعقارات و أراض في دبي : جنة الاستثمار العقاري " في الشرق الأوسط بانتظار بيعها بهامش ريح يحقق من خلاله عائدا جيدا وصولا إلى مضاعفة ما يملك.
المشكلة أن هذه العقارات أضحى الطلب عليها شبه معدوم و أصحابها مطالبين بدفع أقساطها تحت طائلة نزع الملكية و عدم إعادة المقدمات المدفوعة و الأقساط.
ظلت دبي في السنوات العشر الماضية قبلة المضاربين العقاريين ربما على مستوى العالم.لقد وصل الأمر الى درجة أنه يمكنك أن تشتري و تبيع و تربح بهامش يصل إلى العشرة بالمائة في يوم واحد و دون أن تدفع فلسا واحدا.
الانتظار لشهر أو ربما أكثر بقليل يجعل هذه النسبة أكبر بكثير. يقول حسان:
" لقد استقدمت مواطنا انجليزيا على حسابي من انجلترا لأشتري منه عقاره بربح يقارب المائة و عشرون بالمائة أملا في بيعه بربح مائة و ثمانين بالمائة. الفارق بين الربحين هو ربحي"
كل ذلك أخذ في التلاشي في دبي فما زال ذاك العقار الذي اشتراه حسان لا يستطيع بيعه. لقد أضيف إلى عشرات منها فقدت قيمتها و فقد معها جزء كبيرا من ثروته. فمنذ انهيار القطاع العقاري في الولايات المتحدة ، بدأت البرودة تدب في السوق . أصبح الحذر و الترقب سيد الموقف.
الضربة الأكبر كانت عقب اندلاع الأزمة المالية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و التي هزت العالم كله، عندها فقط بدت مظاهر الأزمة تظهر بوضوح في دبي. فمعظم الشركات و المؤسسات المالية الأمريكية التي أفلست أو قاربت على الانهيار لها فروع إقليمية في دبي. عجزها في الولايات المتحدة انتقل إلى دبي. الأموال بدأت تتبخر من البورصة و الخسائر فيها أضحت بالمليارات و العجز بدا واضحا على حكومة دبي.
أصل قصة العقارات في دبي بدأ منذ ما يقرب العشر سنوات . روج الموضوع في الإعلام و كأن العقار هو برميل البترول الذي تفتقده دبي. فمع تواضع الاحتياطيات البترولية أضحى التوجه للعقارات المخرج الوحيد للإمارة الخليجية الصغيرة من أزمة اقتصادية محدقة و المدخل الأضمن للثروة.
أصبحت المشروعات تتوالد حتى أصبحت دبي كلها مشروعا عقاريا كبيرا . في الحقيقة لم يكن ذلك أكثر من " ابر" تحافظ على الجثة حية.
كانت النكتة المتداولة بأن هذه المشاريع هي كمضخة الأوكسجين التي تبقي دبي على قيد الحياة.
دبي الآن تمر في أزمة. أزمة بكل تحمله الكلمة من معنى. تدور الإشاعات الآن عن أنها تسعى لمساعدة من أبو ظبي الغنية إلا أن تصريحات المسؤولين المحليين تؤكد أنها قادرة على تجاوز الأزمة.
دين دبي هو الأزمة الحقيقة. فالنهضة التي حصلت في السنوات العشر الماضية هي في الحقيقة نتاج دين حكومي وصل إلى 96 مليار دولار معظمه مستثمر في العقار و البنية التحتية. و كنتيجة مباشرة للأزمة تتجه العديد من الشركات لتقليص عدد العمالة فيها و هذا ما سيؤدي حتما إلى بطالة كبيرة. معظم هؤلاء العمالة التي سيتم الخلص منها هي من ضمن القطاع العقاري الذي يوظف العدد الأكبر من العاملين. خلا السنوات الخمسة الماضية نما عدد سكان دبي بنسبة مائة بالمائة. معظمهم يعمل في قطاعات تخدم شركات التطوير العقارية أو فيها مباشرة.
فبعد داماك- أكبر شركة تطوير عقاري خاصة يملكها فرد في الشرق الأوسط- و اعمار الحكومية ،قالت شركة التطوير العقاري سما دبي التابعة لشركة دبي القابضة يوم الخميس(20/11/2008) إنها تدرس خفض العمالة ومراجعة المشروعات التي تعتزم الدخول فيها. وقال متحدث باسم الشركة في بيان صحافي "في حين أنه صحيح أن سما دبي مثل العديد من المؤسسات الأخرى تراجع مشروعاتها المقبلة لتتكيف مع تغيرات الواقع الاقتصادي إلا أنها لم تتخذ قرارا بعد بشأن تخفيض الوظائف أو إلغاء أي من مشروعاتها المعلنة رسميا.
في تقرير أخير أصدرته مجموعة سيتي جروب وأشارت إلى أن "دبي تشعر بالقلق حيال نقطتين أساسيتين هما قطاعها العقاري وكيفية تسديد الدين الذي تراكم في السنوات الأخيرة. وتبرز حاجة ملحة إلى القيام بإصلاحات في السوق العقاري، وكذلك ضرورة اندماج الشركات الناشطة في دبي". و حذر التقرير نفسه من أن بعض الشركات الحكومية تواجه صعوبات في تمويل ديونها، وأن التزامات الدين الخاصة بالمؤسسات التي تقع في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ككل تبلغ 96 مليار دولار، في حين تبلغ قيمة الأوراق المالية 53 مليار دولار وذلك اعتباراً من حزيران/يونيو.
كما أشار تقرير "سيتي غروب" إلى أن بعض الشركات مثل "دبي العالمية"، و"سوق دبي للأوراق المالي"، و"مركز دبي المالي العالمي" و"نخيل" يحتاج إلى إعادة هيكلة على صعيد رأس المال.
هذا ولا تتوقع "سيتي غروب" أن تتلقى دبي أي مساعدة مالية تذكر من جارتها أبوظبي الغنية بالموارد النفطية، ولا تتوقع أن تسمح الإمارة الأغنى بانهيار السوق العقاري في دبي في حال ازداد الوضع الاقتصادي سوءاً.
وأضاف التقرير أنه "بالنسبة إلينا، تبدو التوقعات التي تقول إن أبوظبي التي تضم أضخم صندوق ثروة سيادي في العالم ("جهاز أبوظبي للاستثمار") ستوقع على شيك على بياض لصالح دبي غير معقولة"
يجلس حسان في أحد مقاهي أبوظبي الرخيصة يدخن النرجيلة و يترقب تعاف يعد المسؤولون به في دبي عله يعيد إليه بعض ثروته التي في مهب الريح مع يقين بأن ذاك الوعد كجرد خيط رفيع يتمسك به.
شعرت بالشفقة على بوش الذي تبدو عليه كل ملامح الغباء و هو يتلقى حذاء منتظر الزيدي غير قادر على فهم ما يجري. هذه الشفقة ناتجة عن أنه سيذكر في كتب التاريخ بأنه الرئيس الذي ودع بالحذاء

ABU DHABI — Early signals from the market in the current festival season indicate that the global recessionary fears have 'not yet affected' the retail sector in UAE as a whole and Abu Dhabi in particular, according to the major retailers.
Talking to the Khaleej Times here the officials of the Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society (ADCS), the Lulu Hypermarkets and KM Trading said they have so far seen no sign of decline in sales or reduction in enthusiasm in any of their retail outlets here, in spite of the widespread reports of the credit crunch from most of the countries.
The retail outlets in the region launch aggressive sales offers for couple of weeks towards the end of November every year to coincide with the festivals like Eid, Christmas, Arabic New Year and English New Year. But this year when they launched the sales offers last week they too were apprehensive whether the global slowdown will dampen their turnover.
"But we are quite happy to say that the feed backs from the outlets in the last couple of days have dispelled those apprehensions. As of now there is no real slowdown in our sales. Today for example we have registered 46 per cent growth in sales. On an average we have been registering 24 per cent growth after we launched this year's sales offers. We have put about 600 items on our promotional sales category this time. And there are good movements for all of them," says the Marketing Manager of Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society, Bejoy Thomas.
The ADCS which is into 30 years' of operation accounts for 40 per cent of the market share in the retail sector in Abu Dhabi.
"The response has been encouraging not only grocery and other items,
but even in the luxury items like branded perfumes, electronics and textiles. We had opened an electronics shop in the ADCS outlet at Muroor Road last week. The response was tremendous there from the day one onwards," he said.
"We hope to achieve 15 to 20 per cent growth increase in our sales during this festival season, compared to our turnover in the normal days. This is what we used to achieve during this season every year. We're not feeling adversely affected by the global recessionary sentiments. The people here do not appear to have put a brake on their spending habits because of the reports of the current financial crisis. This is true not only in Abu Dhabi but across UAE," says a spokesman for the Lulu Hypermarket chains.
Echoing similar views a spokesman for the KM Trading said, people's psychology appear to be that they wait for the sales season to arrive to make their major purchases so that they will be able to get goods at cheaper rates than usual prices. "People cannot stop buying. They would have deferred their purchases from last month to this month, to take advantage of the sales season. People are flowing to our shops with the same enthusiasm as was visible last year."
Buoyed by the favourable customer response the retailers also dismissed the suggestion to introduce additional offers to woo customers this year in view of the global recession.
However, most of them conceded a better assessment of the market situation will be possible only around December 14 after gauging the customer behaviour during the ensuing holidays.

حتى الآن لا أعرف حقيقة ما أنا أتفرج عليه. قد يقول قائل بأنها تستقطب مشاهدين .هذا صحيح و سبب ذلك بسيط و هي أنها تقول ما لا يقوله التلفزيون الرسمي تجاه من يعادون سورية. أضحت المتنفس الوحيد لننتشي بما تقوله رغم أن الطريقة التي تقوله فيها و صياغة الخبر عندها ساذجة و مضحكة. التلفزيون السوري و بحكم رسميته لا يستطيع ان يقول ذلك.رغم كل ذلك فان ما في التلفزيون السوري لا يمكن مقارنته بأي شكل بقناة الدنيا و المقارنة هي بالتأكيد في صالح التلفزيون السوري رغم ما فيه من فساد و سرقة و نصب و احتيال.
الهوية البصرية مفقودة في تلفزيون الدنيا. الفواصل مضحكة وكأن من قام بصنعها هو هاو في برامج الحرافيك و الرسم .لا يمكن تسمية ذلك أبدا بفواصل. انظروا فقط إلى التلفزيون السوري و قارنوا. و لكم الحكم
أصل إلى إياد شربجي الذي عمل سابقا "كمدير للتلفزيون السوري" و من مسماه السابق يمكنك أن تتوقع مصير الدنيا. إنها نفس عقلية الاستبداد و البيروقراطية و التسلط و حب الذات و التغني بانجازات لم يلمسها أحد إلا السيد إياد شربجي تتحكم بالدنيا. إنني أنتظر الذكرى العاشرة لبدء البث التجريبي لكي أكتب المزيد .
لا أخفيكم بأن التعليقات التي أتت صدمتني . لا أعرف ما يريدونه . هل يريدون زعامات طائفية في سورية. أنا لا أريد . انه الداء الذي يستدعي الخراب. عون زعيم وطني و أنا اقدر ذلك . أنا معجب به. أريد فقط أن أكرسه زعيما وطنيا لا يختص بجزء فقط من السوريين. لا أعتقد بان من استقبلوه هم مسيحيون فقط. قصدت فقط من التدوينة السابقة التشديد على البعد الوطني الذي لا يعكره مثلا حجاب متشددة أو ادعاءات متطرف.

لم يكن من الجيد خص المسيحيين وحدهم في سورية باستقبال العماد عون كما حدث في باب شرقي و رفع لافتات سورية مهد المسيحية الأول ترحب بالعماد. قضيت الليل أتساءل هل هذا بداية تشكيل مرجعية مسيحية و أخرى سنية و أخرى ..... هل غدا إذا زار سورية سعد الحريري سنخصه باستقبال سني و هو سيزورها "غصبا عنه" . سورية دولية علمانية و رفع لافتات كهذه يمكن أن تشجع كل الطوائف السورية على اجترار النموذج اللبناني الذي سبق و صدر الى العراق و بالتالي الوقوع في مطبات لا نريدها. علمانية سورية ضمان لمستقبلها و أي تلاعب به هو تلاعب بهذا المستقبل . الاستقبال عليه أن يكون وطنيا عاما دون شعارات دينية من أي طرف.
السعودية متضايقة من هجوم سياسيين لبنانيين عليها و هي تدعي عكس ذلك بأن كل ذلك لا يضيرها. لا يمكن تصور عدم اكتراث السعودية بهذه الانتقادات لسبب واحد و هو أنها دأبت على شراء أشخاص و صحف و حتى أوطان كي لا يتجرأ أحد و ينتقدها.
