Is it a democracy?

In my opinion , Democracy needs a strong country and a well educated people who can differentiate between the propaganda and a real political program. The strong country, which I mentioned , is not that which is well armed,however, it is also a strong country which have a good yearly income with a transparency system which can monitor all illegal processes. Without these conditions , we can not have a real democracy. It will be , However, a tool of foreign interfering in the internal issues of any country. In our countries, We should fight against corruption before we go in a fake democratic process which will lead us to be a disturbed communities.
