Two religious states , but there is a difference(2)

Talking about differences between Saudi and Iran is like the talking about the difference between the Sun and the moon. It is an extreme sentence , but we should say it to differentiate between two systems. Actually , we can't describe the Saudi state as a regime or a system. It is a kind of an autocratic family ruling state. The top in this state is the family and its members. Here the family is the huge counted tribe which consists more than 40,000 member from Abdul Aziz ( the founder of the state) direct and indirect decedents.every member of this family has a monthly bug salary starting from his or her birth. More than 15 % of the Saudi Total income is transferred to the royal family use.
