Mamonya : A Special Sweet Food From Aleppo

This is a special food from Aleppo. It has a very sweet flavour cooked by a heavy traditional butter. A traditional cheese is eaten with it to balance its sweet. The Original dish is served with a traditional cream called "Qaemaq".
