How we can describe what is going on in the American ruling cabinet. All signs refers that Bush and his administration are fighting for survival.  Changing may be a sign for goodness; however, when this changing is turned to a habit it will be a sign for collapsing. The second candidate for expelling from American Ruling Cabinet is Rumsfeld. While he is used to refuse that he is preparing himself to go out , changing of The CIA leader  can tell that something will happen in the coming days. We must wait to see. According to AP the candidate for The CIA leader is an officer in the AIR FORCE.  Republican and Democratic critics have questioned about  the wisdom of putting a military officer in charge of the civilian spy agency.It  is a disturbance when it leads an emperor.
