In new statements for American defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld, he repeated what the American vice president Dick Cheney said last week in Lithuania. Rumsfeld said" Russia, a country with vast natural resources  is a partner of the United States on security But on certain issues, Russia has not been very cooperative and has used its energy resources as a political weapon." Yesterday the Russian president putin criticized US policy in the world and declared that Russia will strength its army and support it with new generations of Weapons. What is happened in last two weeks might form a sign of a new cold war. Two axes are already formed in the world. As in the cold war US has pulled the western Europe and parts of eastern Europe to its campaign while the other axes is formed from what is called the developed countries which consists Russia, china and their allies.
