It is a very sensitive mission to describe the Arabs policy. We can't even describe it as policy; however, it is only a kind of surrendering to insure the ruling families' interests. The western embassies in all Arab countries know mostly more than what what is called governments know. Imagine that we don't even have the right information about our homes. Every thing is imported from the World bank or other UN associations. I can't even see a chance to develop ourselves due to a simple reason that we are not ruling ourselves.
